Skills: Candidate worked with a four-man crew running wires through conduit and installing emergency push buttons for AOR- Areas of Refuge Communications systems to contact first responders. He has also run speaker wires and installed intercom speakers. He has successfully completed a Trade School program where he was trained in hands-on skills running MC Cable in commercial and Romex wires in residential settings. He wired step down transformers, lighting, and receptacles. He also learned fundamentals of HVAC systems, he wired capacitors, and fan motors. He learned to make basic bends on conduit and basic NEC. In addition, he has attended our Entry Level Technical Training Class which covers BISCI cabling standards, construction safety and wire pulling techniques. In addition, he received hands on training to punching down modular jacks, crimping RJ45 connectors, wiring fire alarm initiating devices and notification appliances. He has completed our entry level training class experience interacting with clients to sell jobs, then worked with his team initiating and completing new projects and service roof repairs. He can take pictures, submit forms to insurance companies and coordinate claims. He has worked with a paint ball company as a team leader, he had to clear fields, operate a pump to drain flooded areas. He has dug trenches; he used a drill to build concrete forms. He can lay out mulch, mix and pour concrete on new pathways and use a masonry saw to cut concrete for paint ball field set ups.
